If you have a change of mind after ordering, please contact us here immediately.
Depending on the status of your order, you may or may not be able to cancel your order. We will contact you to inform whether the cancellation is successful.
Kindly take note that Lovelvet has the right to reject your cancellation request if the order has already been shipped out.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, we will gladly process an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
Exchanges or returns must be sent back within 7 days of your order being delivered to you.
Exchanges or returns must be in their original, unworn condition. Any item(s) that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted. Item(s) must be in their original packaging.
Earrings are not eligible for any exchange or returns due to hygiene purposes.
Sale and discounted item(s) are considered final, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalized or custom-orders are final sale, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom-orders include special sizing, different chain lengths, additions or deletions to designs, or any alteration to the item(s).
Faulty Item/Wrong Item
If you have received defective or wrong item(s), kindly contact us to arrange for return or exchange at [email protected]. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the defect is caused by customers.
If the defective item or original item has run out of stock, you will be given an option to either exchange for a similar item or refund as store credit or in original payment method.

After receiving your Return Order Number, you must ship your return/exchange within 7 days of your order being delivered to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please make sure that shipment is adequately packed to ensure damage does not occur during transit. If the item(s) is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, Lovelvet has the right to reject the returns and send the item(s) back to you.
Once your item(s) has been received by Lovelvet, your return/exchange will be further reviewed within 48 hours.
Internationally shipped item(s) can be requested to return for refund. However, exchanges are not available. If you would like a replacement item, kindly place another order through the Website.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Once your return has been accepted, kindly allow 7 to 10 business days to process your refund, whether it be store credit or in original payment method (i.e. Bank Transfer, Credit Card, PayPal).
Refund of payment to your original payment method will require a handling fee & processing fee, which will be deducted from the amount credited to you.
Note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.
The correct order or new order will be processed within 24 hours during business days upon successful request and return of item(s).
Please note that items can only be exchanged once for every order.
